GR Balcon du Léman St-Blaise -Arthaz
As its name indicates, this Long Distance Path (Chemin de Grande Randonnée) leads all the way around Lake Geneva, the largest of the alpine lakes, along its ridges. The navigation of Le Vuache, Mont Sion, Le Salève and Les Voirons is the opportunity to discover the southern point of the lake from the Genevois Haut-Savoyard.
The Syndicat Mixte du Salève manages the GR Balcon du Léman from Saint-Blaise to Arthaz-Pont-Notre-Dame.
Wandering from one "country" to another you will discover their diversity, wealth and symbiosis. En route: cultural visits, food stops, discovery of regional produce or unexpected encounters with the local flora and fauna!
